First Time Home Buyer
-Designed to provide qualified first time buyers with financial education and down payment grants.
Down Payment Assistance
-Up to $25,000 in down payment assistance.
Financial Coaching & Education
-Complete the Financial Training Program.
-Access to budgeting tools, credit improvement strategies, and mortgage readiness training.
