Financial Literacy Program

This 12 month program is required in combination with all other OneLight programs and is designed to educate participants in financial planning with the goal of purchasing a home.

    One-on-one Financial Planning Program
    -The Goal is to improve budgeting, engage in a debt management strategy, and work on improving financial health.

    -Monthly Budgeting
    -Savings Plan
    -Retirement Planning
    -Cash Flow Management
    -Goal Setting
    -Investments
    -Mortgage Planning
    -Insurance 
    -Tax & Planning
    -Home maintenance
